Family Health Centers Outreach and Programs

Celebrating Leaders in Our Community
Every summer, during Community Health Center Week, FHC recognizes special members of our county in an event called “Celebrating Leaders in Our Community.”  During this event, we celebrate individuals that exhibit moral and ethical courage and set an example to everyone in our community. We celebrate them and the communities they serve with music, health screenings, fun activities, and of course a recognition ceremony. Please join us every August for this celebration, more details close to the date.

Annual  Resilience & Leadership Conferences
Family Health Centers partners with school districts in our county with the mission to help students reach their fullest potential. We recognize that to succeed in school, students need support from home, schools and community partners. We hold an Annual Resilience & Leadership Conferences for middle school students offering a space to acquire new leadership and resiliency skills and continue to put in practice what they learned and utilize it in their next step as high schoolers.

Questions about accessing affordable healthcare?
Our enrollment team makes itself available at events throughout the year to answer questions about our sliding fee scale, which is a payment program based on income & the size of your family.  We are the only clinic in the area to offer this service.  Let us help you apply!
