Doctor of Nursing Practice
Kevan earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University and went on to get her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington. Her interests include geriatrics, chronic disease management, women’s health and mental health.

Behavioral Health Specialist
Kelcie earned her Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling from Gonzaga University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the state of WA. She began working with Family Health Centers in early 2016. Outside of the office, she enjoys camping, traveling and spending time with family. “I believe in the importance of human connection and try to provide that for all patients I work with. Life is full of joys and struggles, I’m here to help along the way.”
Physician Assistant – Certified
Nancy completed her Masters in Public Administration from Montana University and went on to earn her Masters Physician Assistant Studies at Pacific University. Her special interests in medicine include family practice and urgent care. Outside the clinic she enjoys biking, skiing, golfing, fishing & hiking.

Pharmacist
Lois earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Texas A&M Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy in Kingsville, TX and is currently a licensed pharmacist in WA and TX. Her special interests are in chronic disease state management, medication therapy management, and academia. She is excited to work with the team at FHC to help patients live life to their fullest potential and manage their health through safe and effective medication management. Lois looks forward to being a part of the close-knit community and to help expand clinical services in the Okanogan County. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys reading, traveling, and drinking coffee.
Pharmacist
Marc earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of New Mexico. Shortly after, he moved to Okanogan County and started working for Family Health Centers in 2014. Marc works closely with providers to make sure that any potential medication problems are resolved as quickly as possible. He believes that great healthcare should be affordable for everyone. In his free time Marc enjoys hiking, tennis and board games.”I feel very fortunate to be working with an amazing team that really cares about improving the health of our community.”

Dr. Miller graduated high school in New Zealand. She has a BA in Genetics from Dartmouth College and went on to receive her MD from the University of Rochester School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family practice at Tacoma Family Medicine and at Rural Medicine Fellowship also in Tacoma. Her special interests include obstetrics and women’s health.
Emily is looking forward to meeting the people of this sun-drenched community and enjoying the four seasons. She belives Family Health Centers shares in her ideals of service to all of our neighbors.
Family Nurse Practitioner
Brei earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons College in Boston, MA in 2016 after a 12 year career as an RN. Her special interests include preventative care, mental health and pediatrics.
“My local roots run deep as I was raised in Tonasket and currently live in Omak with my two beautiful daughters. I enjoy painting, reading, and raising my children.”
Physician Assistant – Certified
Randy graduated from Omak High School 1999. He attended Eastern Washington University obtaining Bachelors of Science 2006. Completed Masters of Clinical Health Services through the University of Washington 2015; MEDEX graduate. Sixteen years of military service with the Washington Army National Guard. Prior enlisted combat medic, currently serving as a medical provider. Completed Army Flight Surgeons course 2017.

Physician Assistant- Certified
Amanda (“Mandi’) has been dedicated to serving patients at FHC since 2011. She especially loves getting to know her patients and caring for whole families. Originally from Kennewick, WA, she attended Western Washington University and earned a BA in Psychology and BS in Biology, then a graduate degree (MS) in Biology. Amanda then went on to earn a Master in Physician Assistant Studies degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch, graduating with honors. After graduating from UTMB she and her husband worked at Farmworker clinics in California’s Central Valley, then at a safety net clinic in Colorado. After their third son was born, they moved back to Washington to be closer to family and to raise their family in Okanogan. They love everything that Okanogan has to offer – a nice community full of good people and natural beauty. When not working, she loves to be with her family, cook, hike, camp, and travel.
Naturopathic Physician
He earned a Bachelors in Science in Biology from University of Washington and graduated from Bastyr University with his Naturopathic Medical degree. He completed three years of residency at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Seattle, WA where he rotated through community health centers and major regional hospitals. Dr. Smith has special interest working with patients with diabetes and cardiovascular disease using a patient centered holistic approach. He has provided care for many years with homeless youth in Seattle helping to manage health through difficult life situations. “I am excited to join FHC in providing naturopathic medicine to the people of Okanogan County. The dedication to health, prevention and health care in line with values and preferences of patients are reasons I look forward to joining and serving the community.”
Behavioral Health Specialist
Katie earned a Masters in Family Counseling from Gonzaga University in Spokane. She then achieved her BA in Psychology from Carroll College in Helena, Montana. When not at work, Katie enjoys fishing, tying flies and learning the new skill of wood working. She loves to spoil her two dogs and cats. “I love being close to the outdoors and enjoy the gorgeous scenery, with the different lakes and rivers. I have amazing friends that are supportive and kind and love how our community strives to support one another, overcoming adversity.”

Dr. Sterling earned his medical degree at University California, Davis and completed his residency at Swedish Family Medicine Cherry Hill. His areas of interest are social justice, rural & global health, along with full spectrum family medicine. He is also fluent in Spanish.

KC earned her Bachelor’s in Biochemistry and Doctor of Pharmacy from Washington State University. Her area of special interest is in infectious disease and transitions of care. “I am excited to live in a beautiful area that has the ability for pharmacy intervention expansions and continuity of care. I am committed to working to the top of my license to establish appropriate dosing and medication utilization for the safety of our patients. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring our beautiful surroundings.”
