New!  Pharmacy Technician – Omak

Full time, 40 hours per week.   Are you energetic and ready to take on a challenge? The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for prescription filling tasks in a fast paced, busy environment.    The primary duties of this position are, data entry of prescriptions, updates patient information to include insurance information, uses electronic health record to verify and find information, bills prescriptions, prepares prescriptions for filling, processes prescriptions at point of sale and manages inventory, prepares daily reports as assigned and handles non-professional phone calls.   Must have the ability to accurately perform prescription filling duties in current pharmacy computer system,  must create, send and manage company email.  Computer familiarity with EHR is a plus.  Bilingual preferred but not required. New!  Behavioral Health Specialist – Tonasket

Full time, 40 hours per week.   The Behavioral Health Specialist is responsible for providing screening, brief intervention and referral to treatment (SBIRT) and other behavioral health services to FHC’s patients. Functions as a core member of an integrated care team including the patient’s primary care provider and other mental health providers involved in the patient’s care.  Should be experienced  working with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance abuse, and physical health problems; familiarity with screening and assessment, differential diagnoses, evidence-based psychosocial treatments and psychopharmacology for common mental/substance use disorders.  Job duties require knowledge and training in the field of behavioral and mental health typically acquired through a formal Master’s level degree program in counseling or social work.  Must be a licensed Mental Health Counselor or Social Worker according to all regulations in Washington State Chapter 18.225 RCW and 246-809 WAC, or Licensed PhD Psychologist.  Open until filled.  EOE  Job Description

Part time, 24 hours per week.  The Process Improvement Facilitator is responsible for reviewing Medical Clinic work processes for FHC.   Presents, facilitates and leads assigned process review/improvement using methods of culture-appropriate team building, team energizing, data gathering and analysis, problem solving, project management and state of the art presentation and platform skills.  Must possess general work-related skills at a higher level than completion of high school, including written and verbal communication skills, computational and computer skills and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or associate’s degree (required) type program.  Must also have current Washington State RN License.  Must have well-developed project management skills.  Open until filled.  EOE Job Description

Full time, 40 hrs per week.  This position is an integral part of the behavioral health / primary care team providing quality, comprehensive care, by providing accurate, effective interpretation between the patient and mental health or primary care provider. Patient Accounts Rep – Tonasket

Full time, 40 hrs per week.  Must be able to perform several billing functions in the Patients Accounts Department to ensure all accounts are timely and manageable.  Some of the duties and responsibilities include payment posting, charge entry,  and collections.  Review outstanding private accounts for monthly payments. Ability to prepare and interpret financial and statistical reports. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Microsoft Word & Outlook.  Possesses a basic level of written and oral communication skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge, typically acquired through completion of a high school or GED program.  Open until filled.  EOE  Job Description

This is a full time, 40 hrs per week position.  Join our team and be a part of a dynamic and expanding organization. This  position works with the EHR Core Team, medical team & outside medical providers to ensure quality, comprehensive, efficient care is delivered to FHC patients. Full time positions in Omak, WA. Family Health Centers is a Joint Commission accredited company and licensed independent practitioner. The Physician’s primary job function is to be responsible for provisions of comprehensive primary care services including Obstetrical and inpatient care for hospitalized patients of Family Health Centers. Works independently and interdependently with other clinic Providers. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy. Must be Board Eligible/Certified. Must possess current, valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington. Must have current, valid unrestricted DEA registration. Must be able to be continuously insurable by Family Health Centers professional malpractice carriers at reasonable rates. Must be able to obtain and maintain active, unrestricted privileges at the hospitals used by Family Health Centers patients. Must be able to participate in and maintain eligibility to receive reimbursements for services from both public and private health care insurers as required by Family Health Centers.
