Recovery Coach – Omak    Apply

As a member of the Opioid Crisis Response Team, the SUD Recovery Coach engages with patients with opioid use disorder and encourages them to maintain sobriety, participate in recovery-oriented activities and develop a network of sober support individuals or groups. Behavioral Health Provider – Brewster  Apply

We are in search of a Behavioral Health Specialist.  The Behavioral Health Specialist is responsible for providing screening, brief intervention and referral treatment (SBIRT), and other behavioral health services to FHC’s patients.  Functions as a core member of an integrated care team including the patient’s primary care provider and other mental health providers involved in the patient’s care. Experience working with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance abuse, and physical problems; familiarity with screening and assessment; differential diagnoses, evidence-based psychosocial treatments and psychopharmacology for common mental/substance disorders. Experience with evidence-based counseling techniques and brief, structured counseling techniques. Experience working with underserved, transient, multicultural populations. Experience working with DSHS eligibility programs including program eligibility requirements, enrollment processes, and billing requirements. Familiarity with local behavioral and mental health programs a plus. Qualifications:  Knowledge and training in the field of behavioral and mental health typically acquired through a formal Master’s level degree program in counseling or social work. Qualifications:  Graduate from an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy.  Must be Board Eligible/Certified.  Must possess a current, valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington.  Must have current, valid unrestricted DEA registration.  Must be able to be continuously insurable by Family Health Centers professional malpractice carriers at reasonable rates.  Must be able to obtain and maintain active, unrestricted privileges at the hospitals used by Family Health Centers patients.  Must be able to participate in and maintain eligibility to receive reimbursements for services from both public and private health care insurers as required by Family Health Centers. Family Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) – Bridgeport  Apply

The Nurse Practitioner’s primary job function is to be responsible for provisions of comprehensive primary care services for the patients of Family Health Centers.  The ideal candidate will have some experience; we are not considering new graduates at this time. ARNP Qualifications:  Works independently and interdependently with other clinic Providers.
