Waldemar Lugo-Alvarez, MD
Adult Internal Medicine
Dr. Lugo joins us from Puerto Rico where he graduated from the Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Caguas Regional Hospital. As an internist he can diagnose and provide treatment of disease and injuries of internal organ systems. Dr. Lugo is experienced at handling the broad and comprehensive spectrum of illness that affect adults and considers all of your medical needs for whole body health. His excellent Spanish makes him an asset in our community. When not in clinic he enjoys tennis, biking and fishing. He looks forward to interacting with other cultures in our diverse and beautiful community.
Ariana Milman, LMHCA
Behavioral Health Specialist
Ariana obtained her BA in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity at Stanford University. She completed a MA in Counseling Psychology and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA. Ariana’s training emphasis on counseling, mind body medicine, and primary care shapes her whole-person approach to health. Her special interests are integrated mental health and partnering with individuals and groups to help them live more vibrant and meaningful lives. In her spare time, Ariana enjoys reading, spending time with her wife, being in nature, and volunteering with movements for social justice. “I appreciate that Family Health Centers collaborates with other organizations in the community to address determinants of health and improve the health of the community.”
