How to Apply In Person

Employment Applications may be obtained at any one of the Family Health Centers clinic locations in Okanogan, Okanogan Dental, Brewster Indian Ave., Brewster Jay St., Brewster Dental, Tonasket & Oroville Dental. Completed employment applications may be returned to any Family Health Centers clinic in person or mailed to the address below.  To ensure confidentiality; when turning your application in at the front desk please place your completed application in a sealed envelope addressed to Human Resources.

Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist: 1 full time position.  Okanogan, Brewster & Tonasket clinics.  FHC is seeking a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist to be responsible for nutrition related activities at FHC, including providing nutrition services to patients in our WIC program.  Qualifications: Must have Master's Degree in nutrition or public health nutrition from an accredited school or, is a Registered Dietitian that is registered, or eligible for registration, with the American Dietetic Association. If eligible for registration must complete the process within one year of date of hire to maintain position. Licensure: Current or eligible certification as Washington State Certified Dietitian. Valid WA drivers license required. Knowledge of nutritional needs of pregnant, post-partum and breastfeeding women, infants and children under the age of five years. Prefer 1-2 years experience as a Dietitian/Nutritionist preferably serving the underserved population. Once fully trained, there is career potential to fill vacant full time positions as they arise.  Primarily assists the Dentist in the dental care of clinic patients according to Dentist's instructions.   Qualifications:  No experience required, we will train on the job. Qualifications:  Graduate from an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy.  Must be Board Eligible/Certified.  Must possess current, valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington.  Must have current, valid unrestricted DEA registration.  Must be able to be continuously insurable by Family Health Centers professional malpractice carriers at reasonable rates.  Must be able to obtain and maintain active, unrestricted privileges at the hospitals used by Family Health Centers patients.  Must be able to participate in and maintain eligibility to receive reimbursements for services from both public and private health care insurers as required by Family Health Centers. English/Spanish bilingual preferred.  Click here for job description...
